About Event
Join us Wednesday, March 13th at our Park Slope location for a 60 min. yoga class, designed specifically with runners in mind. This class is taught by Dani Sturtz. Dani is an avid runner and yogi. She is a certified RRCA run coach and coaches for Team Wilpers & Manhattan Track Club. She is also a 200hr RYT yoga teacher and teaches at Lyons Den Power Yoga & Y7.
Bring your own mat.
Class is free to attend and limited to 25 attendees. If you are unable to attend after signing up, please cancel your spot so that other runners are able to join.
