About Event
Join us Monday, February 26th at our Park Slope location for a 60 min. yoga class, designed specifically with runners in mind. This class is taught by Michelle Schwartz. Michelle is a 500hr RYT and marathon runner. She teaches an athletic flow with fun music to get you out of your head and into your body. All levels welcome!
Bring your own mat.
Class is free to attend with an optional suggested donation for our instructor. Limited to 25 attendees. If you are unable to attend after signing up, please cancel your spot so that other runners are able to join.
