Celebrating International Yoga Day

Get ready to experience the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga, led by our esteemed instructor, Bhumika. Join us for a transformative one-hour session that will rejuvenate your body and mind.

This session is suitable for individuals with beginner to intermediate yoga experience. In our modern lives, where long hours of sitting at work have become the norm, traditional Hatha Yoga can instantly open up the body, improve flexibility, and release tension. Practising yoga asanas offers numerous benefits, including increased mental resilience to daily stressors, enhanced decision-making abilities, and improved productivity.

What to Expect:

During the one-hour session, Bhumika will guide you through a comprehensive yoga practice, encompassing the following elements:

  1. Conditioning- calming the mind and preparing for the practice

  2. Sukshma vyayam- basic joint opening exercises to prepare the body

  3. Asanas- Surya Namaskar, standing asanas such as trikonasana, warrior series, vinyasa flow, sitting asanas, prone and supine asanas to give a full body workout

  4. Shavasana, pranayama and meditation

- Set Up Your Yoga Mat and Props
- Dress Comfortably
- Hydrate and Nourish

Meet the Trainer: Bhumika:
Our esteemed instructor, Bhumika, is a passionate yoga enthusiast with over 13 years of personal practice and teaching experience. She embarked on her teaching journey in 2017, and since then, she has become a multi-style Yoga instructor, Yoga Therapist, and Recreational Therapist. Bhumika holds a master's degree in yoga therapy from SVYASA (University of Bengaluru). Additionally, she has attained a 500RTY in Astanga Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga from Rishikesh, and received training in Tibetan Sound Healing Therapy from Nepal.

Through her sessions, Bhumika aims to empower individuals by facilitating a conscious exploration of the body, mind, and breath. Her expertise and dedication will guide you towards finding your inner guide and embracing the transformative potential of yoga.
