About Event

Join us for a 5 Day Yoga Breathing Challenge where we will learn to modify our nervous system. I will teach you something new everyday and then we will practice. This is a short daily session that you can use throughout your day to become aware and create resilience to stress. Ask me any questions as you want, it will help everyone to learn and grow. The sessions will be recorded and available for 24 hours (until the next session). The recording will be available for purchase if you want to keep going.
