Crunch & Brunch hosts monthly events that combine health & wellness, delicious food, and making new friends in Seattle.
On Saturday November 16th, Join us for an Row & Lift class at Row House South Lake Union followed by refreshments at their studio.
Thank you to Lemon Perfect (@lemonperfect) and Knack Snacks (@knacksnacks) who will also be providing refreshing post-workout drinks and snacks for everyone.
11:15am: arrive at Row House SLU studio. Check in, and get excited for class.
11:30am: Class starts! This is a 45-minute, strength-building class where you'll alternate between rowing machine and lifting weights.
12:15pm: Make new friends and enjoy a spread of charcuterie and refreshments.
About Row House: Build cardio endurance and muscular strength all in one rowing workout. With an uplifting combination of classes that incorporate resistance training on and off of the rowing machine, you will get the most out of a Row House workout.
