Jody is an Operating Partner with Chloe Capital, a diverse investment fund for women in SaaS technologies with a focus on climate and solutions for humanity. She is also the Founder of Women Funding the World, a gathering of women investors and men who support moving more capital to diversity. Jody is a co-host of a podcast with Dr. David Schwartz, a neuroscientist, called "Exploring Reality, Maybe," where they explore what the mind, intellect, and ego might be, what reality might be, and how to play with perception, identity and the ego.
Jody has worked on projects with iconic institutions such as the World Bank, UNIFEM, UN's World Food Programme, COP28, and many others.
Jody founded PeaceKeeper™ Cause-Metics™ in April 2002 and served as the company’s lead voice and spokesperson. PeaceKeeper was one of the first cosmetic companies to give restricted donations to women’s health advocacy and human rights issues. The brand was nominated as a finalist for “Best Lip Product of the Year” and launched a lip gloss with the United Nations called PeaceKeeper UNIFEM Lip Gloss. PeaceKeeper was seen in stores such Henry Bendel, Nordstrom, Fred Segal, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Wegmans, etc.
Jody began her professional career in sports marketing for IMG, rising to become a sports agent to 45 elite athletes. Her work included Woodstock 1999, the multinational Mazda Track Club (signing 216 athletes from 13 countries to compete globally) & the World Championships, raising millions for events during her career.
Jody is a 50+ year meditator and has practiced and taught classical yoga and non-dual tantric practices. She is a student of Kashmir Shaivism and has visited India 17 times to learn about consciousness and to support women and girls.
