​~40 minutes of guided breath and embodied movement with Oliver - drawing from martial arts, yoga, and somatic flow. Accessible to all bodies. Designed to restore clarity, mobility, and power.

​Seal the session with a collective dip in the water - a ritual of resilience, calm, and shared courage.

​🤝 Presence-Based Community

​We don’t do small talk. We do eye contact, grounded energy, and shared experience. Come as you are. Leave connected.
