​Join us for a hands-on developer workshop where you’ll learn how to build your own decentralised application (dApp) using the VeChain tech stack. This workshop is designed to equip you with practical skills in blockchain development, from writing smart contracts to deploying working prototypes.

​Workshop Structure

​​Part 1: Introduction & Building a Simple dApp (1h)

• ​Introduction to the VeChain ecosystem

• ​How to interact with VeChain

  • ​Read & Write transactions

  • ​Listen to changes

​​Part 2: Create a simple app (1 hrs)

• ​How to create a simple VeChain smart contract

  • ​Build using Hardhat

  • ​Deploy to VeChain testnet

• ​Create a simple UI that interacts with your smart contract

​Part 3: Create your own dApp (2hr)

• ​In teams of 2-4 people, create your own VeChain application
