About Event
Aalto Foodsharing brings to you the Food Conservation Workshop Series!
In this workshop we'll gather round the table to talk about food, food waste, culture, ferments and more. We'll learn the basics of fermentation and how it helps us improve the health benefits and expand the longevity of food.
BYOJ (bring your own jar!)
We'll be using rescued food, also feel free to bring any vegetables from your fridge.
We have limited space, so please only sign up if you can come.
Ps. we might be making some kombucha we'll drink in our last event!
