Our first panelist will be George Milian, CEO and Founder of Steps After Life. An experienced executive with a career of two decades in strategic leadership, business development, and operational management, George has a proven track record driving business growth and profit. The idea for Steps After Life was born after George lost four family members in the span of about 14 months. He and his family were overwhelmed and confused about what to do during that difficult time. In 2017, George decided it was time to officially launch this tech-enabled business venture, aiming to help millions of families across America and the world.
Wayne Brannon will join us to share his insights from an extraordinary career as a global automotive leader, with senior executive roles across North & South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has served in multiple executive & VP roles for strategic planning, sales, marketing, and after-sales activities within the Chevrolet business worldwide, ultimately becoming President & CEO of Chevrolet Europe, and Chairman & CEO of GM Europe. He has earned multiple industry awards, including EuroBest Brand CEO. Today, Wayne is Founder and CEO of Gr8Road Partners, offering fractional C‑Suite support, executive coaching, and business development to leading OEMs and suppliers, including a tenure as interim CMO for Volkswagen of America. He also advises and serves on boards across the automotive, media and data analytics industries, while mentoring startups and supporting organizations worldwide.
