Well, this time we are lifting the curtains and stepping behind the scenes to not only taste but understand how our favorite curries and naan get made at one of the oldest running Indian kitchens in SF with the owner Chef Ranjan (Bonus: This restaurant has hosted President Bill Clinton 🇺🇸, Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins and many other notable figures)

🍽️ Menu for the evening:
Keralan Pepper Chicken- creamy coconut chicken in onion gravy, enriched with black pepper, curry leaves, and whole mustard seeds
Gujarati Bund Ghobi Chana (Vegetarian)- fragrant cabbage and garbanzo beans, delicately spiced with kalonji (nigella seeds) and fresh cilantro
Naan- soft bread made with flour dough and baked in the tandoor
