About Event

What if your workplace truly worked for every mind?

As an early celebration of Neurodiversity Pride Day (June 16th), we’re thrilled to welcome Mark Sones for a powerful session on building neuroinclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. As People + Culture professionals, we're in a unique position to drive real impact. Don't miss this session where we will explore:

  • Understanding neurodivergence: Gain insight into common neurodivergent conditions and what individuals may experience -- fostering greater empathy and awareness.

  • The impact of neuroinclusion: Discover the real benefits organizations can experience by adopting a human-centric approach.

  • HR as a driver of change: Learn how HR can drive meaningful impact across the processes, policies, and training we support.

  • Support for neurodivergent employees: Get actionable ideas on how managers and allies can thoughtfully shift their actions to help all thrive.

Mark Sones, founder of Neurodivergence@Work (ndat.work), is a 15-year veteran of the tech industry, having served in leadership roles at Amazon, Indeed, Bazaarvoice, and elsewhere. Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD later in life, he now serves as an expert on creating neuroinclusive cultures at work, advocating on behalf of all through presentations, training sessions, and consulting efforts. Mark believes that neuroinclusive environments help to break down discriminatory barriers for all people and create human-centered workplaces where we can thrive.
