​General Rules

• ​Upto 2 members per team, the team leader will be the point of contact for all the further communication.

• ​Each team will have 10 minutes to present followed by the Q&A session.

• ​All teams must report to the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

• ​Participants must bring either their laptops or USB drives containing their presentation material.

• ​Presenting a prototype is optional. But a working prototype, if presented, will fetch the team some extra bonus points.

• ​Any special prototype requirements or technical assistance must be communicated to the organizers latest by 17th March.

• ​Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification without prior warning.

• ​Teams must strictly adhere to the allotted time, with penalties for exceeding the limit.

• ​Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate will lead to disqualification.

• ​A limited number of participants will be allowed, register at the earliest.

• ​The judges' decision will be final and cannot be contested.
