​"Bonding" Game Night!

​Join us for an evening of real connection, where we'll be diving into exercises and getting into playful game mode to explore our mind, heart and body.

​Agenda:
5:30 - 7:00 pm Game #1-2
7:00 - 7:15 pm Break
7:15 - 8:30 pm Game #3-4

​Please arrive on time and stay for the whole duration, given the structure of the games.

​The game is designed to know thyself - increase self-awareness and understand how you are perceived. This event is a safe place to take risks and play a little more outside the box in a way that allows us to discover more of ourselves. Openness and vulnerability are encouraged, but you don’t have to do or share anything you’re not comfortable with.

​Light snacks and drinks will be served.

​Maximum capacity is 15 people for best experience, so register for your spot!
