About Event

Patricia Buhril- Broken Barriers

Speaker Profile:
Patricia is a Mind and Body Coach also an MBA HR professional with over 10 years of experience working in reputable corporations like Mahindra Satyam, Covenant Consultants and FICCI. Patricia has been a Fitness Instructor for 4 years. On July 2019, Patricia founded her own company, Broken Barriers Fitness. She is also a certified Pop Pilates instructor and where she has created her own fitness programs which imbibe Mind and Body flows.



Session Details:

Patricia's inspiration for "Mindful Movement" comes from the merging of both her careers. She found that working on herself without the need to compare her life or body to others, helped her to become the best version of herself in a safe place. In this session, Patricia will look forward to create that safe place for the participants to do the same. Nothing is more empowering than that of a solo journey that empowers and inspires one another.

The "Mindful Movement" includes a core engaging Pilates flow, a few basic Pilates moves and helpful stretches for the total body.

For the Requirements before the session, the participants will need a:

- Mat
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Comfortable & stretchy clothes
