In 2020, someone from a founders community I’m a part of hosted an annual review workshop, and ever since, I continued this practice of doing the extensive annual reflection exercise and it’s helped me a lot. 

I’d love to share this experience with you since hey, I’ve done this on my own the past few years and it would be nice if this is social.

It would be fun to look back on 2024, look ahead on 2025, and share our ideas with each other and make new friends in the process!

As for format, will be using a version of YearCompass (

). We will be responding to some of the reflections in the prompts, and come together to discuss. So make sure you’re sitting down, and bring your writing device.
