Founded in 1917, the Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE) has a century-long legacy—early presidents included Zhan Tianyou and Mao Yisheng. CIE-SEA serves Chinese professionals in science, technology, and engineering across North America, advancing technological progress, professional growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community engagement. Each year, CIE hosts its Annual Summit and the Asian American Luminary Awards, bringing together global industry experts, corporate executives, academic leaders, and government representatives. The 2025 Summit in Seattle will welcome 500+ attendees and feature nine thematic tracks spanning AI, biotechnology, investment, entrepreneurship, and career development.
