Who is Caroline Hill?
Caroline Hill is a freelance dietitian with over 17 years’ experience, having worked in the NHS and medical nutrition industry. She runs Caroline Hill Nutrition providing nutrition consultancy services to the food/medical nutrition industry, corporate wellness programmes as well as supporting a wide variety of private clients.

What we'll be cooking: Teriyaki salmon bowl
Ingredients needed for 2 people:
2 skinless salmon fillets
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
10g ginger, peeled and grated or ready pureed ginger
100g quinoa
1 avocado
150g edamame beans
If you want to make this vegan, you will need 200g tofu instead of the salmon.
