This month we will work on spine strength stability and optional backbends. Shoulder and hip openers and butt strength- perfect for undoing all of our daily sitting rounded over devices, so you can become more open and free.
Tuesdays and now FRIDAY we flow strong with creative sequences focused on a particular part of the body or posture. Float, fly, strengthen and lengthen as we move beyond the basics into more challenging postures.
Playing and exploring what's right for you - or just fun - is always encouraged. You do you, this class is only a guide for you to tune into your body, and forget the world for an hour.
