In today’s tough job market, the pressure of finding our next and right work opportunity can take a significant toll on our mental health and confidence.
In this open session, we will collectively explore how to navigate the job hunt through the way we are, show up, and act in the recruitment process.
Drawing on our own experiences, each session will be unique and tailored to the needs of the participants in that moment.

Everyone is invited to contribute to the conversation, allowing it to flow naturally based on the insights and experiences of those present. You are welcome to listen or speak, whatever feels right for you at the moment.
What to bring: Your preferred way of taking notes, doodling, reflective skills, and active listening intentions.
Co-create the session: If you have a specific aspect of burnout you’d like to explore with the group, please share it when registering for the session to ensure it's covered.

As a job-seeking survivor, she understands the mental health struggles the market presents to candidates nowadays, and she is on a mission to bring more consciousness into the business world.

By registering for the session, you agree to contribute to an environment of compassion, confidentiality, and non-judgment. Participants who do not adhere to these principles will be asked to amend their behaviour. If the behaviour persists, they will be removed from the session.
Contribution
'From Job Seeker to Job Receiver' is a series of value-first sessions open to everyone who may benefit. At the end of each session, participants will be invited to donate based on the value they received. Contributions are optional and appreciated, helping to ensure the continuation of these sessions.
