Grenache Masterclass & Wine Dinner With Giles Cooke MW

​This is a unique chance to learn about old vine Grenache with Alliance Group Senior Winemaker & Master of Wine Giles Cooke MW. Giles has been making Grenache is Spain, France and Australia for over 25 years.

​We will be pouring Thistledown Wines, a subsidiary of UK based Alliance Wine Group established by Giles Cooke MWand Fergal Tynan MW. Thistledown has scooped the award for Australia’s best Grenache and has been promoted to five red stars in the 2022 Halliday Wine Companion.

​A selection of fine wines will be paired carefully with wonderful dishes from our great friends at 64 Barrick Street
