Dear Musa's Halloween Soirée: The Prohibition Era
You are cordially invited to an evening at Miss Musa’s residence…
On the evening of Saturday, November 2nd, 1926, beneath the glow of the moon, an invitation of intrigue awaits. Miss Musa, renowned for her impeccable taste and captivating gatherings, welcomes you to her grand residence, inherited from her late father, on a quiet street between Sherbrooke Avenue and Doctor Penfield.
Behind the heavy oak doors of this stately home lies a world concealed from the public eye—where the rules of the day are left at the doorstep.
As the clock strikes 9, Miss Musa will lead you beyond the elegant facade, through secret corridors, and into a hidden speakeasy... where the jazz is lively, the cocktails flow freely, and the night knows no limits.
Waiters will glide through the dimly lit rooms, offering delicacies of oysters and caviar on silver trays, while the seductive melodies of a live jazz band set the mood for the evening. A cocktail bar, tucked away in the shadows, will quench the thirst of those daring enough to partake.
Gentlemen are requested to attire themselves in black-tie tuxedos, as ladies grace the evening with their most glamorous, elegant selves. The night promises revelry, sophistication, and whispers of a time when elegance defied the law.
With this, Miss Musa eagerly awaits your reply—should you choose to enter her world of mystery and charm, hidden just out of sight.
