Nikita Mikhailov is a specialist in personality and talent development, working with individuals and teams, using psychometric-based coaching to help professionals refine their leadership and decision-making skills. Nikita collaborates with Corporate Clients and, Oxford, HEC Paris, and HULT Business Schools. He is also the co-author of Personality: A User’s Guide, which Bob Hogan described as “the best introduction to personality psychology that I ever read.” Outside of his work, he enjoys performing stand-up comedy, including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

This interactive workshop will aim to distill a large part of this knowledge to equip you with the skills and tools to effectively navigate the world of individual differences and personality. In this workshop, we’ll go beyond broad labels like “introvert” and “extravert” to uncover the deeper drivers behind our behavior. Through engaging exploration of Personality Psychology, relatable real-world examples, and a bit of humour, we’ll explore how personality insights can help us lead more effectively, foster stronger team dynamics, and maybe even support our own personal growth.
