​​Mia James is founder of Beyond the Busyness, a financial wellness coach and philanthropist with a passion for holistic wellness.

​​She is a licensed financial professional and 500-hour registered yoga instructor, specializing in aerial and yin.

​​She holds a bachelor's in Economics from UCLA and a Masters in School Counseling from NYU.

​​Her mission is to redefine self-care by creating a holistic definition that encompasses emotional, physical and financial well-being.
