Making Our Rage Visible with Sonia Farmer & Margot Bethel

​It's a (printmaking) party in the front and the back at Poinciana Paper Press, all day! Drop in at #12 Parkgate Road, any time between 10am and 5pm, for stamp-making with Sonia Farmer and screenprinting with Margot Bethel! We're going to make great art together, and everyone will have a keepsake to take home.

​Poinciana Paper Press is a Center for Writing, Book Arts, and Publishing located in Nassau, The Bahamas. Founded by Sonia Farmer, Poinciana Paper Press creates opportunities for engaging with books and their allied crafts in order to advance the diversity of voices in Caribbean art and literature and empower cultural ownership and voice.

​Poinciana Paper Press offers classes and workshops, programming and community events, calls for work and other publishing opportunities, and launched its residency programme in 2024.

​The center includes a shop, a gallery, a library, letterpress and printmaking studio, bindery, paper making studio, digital support room, dark room, and shared studio space.
