This workshop will focus on how to help you break through career bottlenecks, discover your strengths, and define your next career goal. By understanding your soft skills, hard skills, personality traits, and the value of your past work experience, you will find a role that makes you confident and competent, allowing you to showcase your strengths and achieve the career and life you desire!

臺大經濟系畢業，畢業後到上海食品集團子公司擔任策略企劃
Graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Economics. After graduation, I worked as a strategic planner for a subsidiary of a Shanghai food group.後任職於上市招聘顧問公司擔任業務主管，負責半導體、製造、工商服務業之高階主管招聘
Later, I worked at a publicly listed recruitment consultancy as a manager, specializing in recruiting senior executives for semiconductor, manufacturing, and business services industries.面試累積逾 1500 位中高階主管，成功協助至少 30 位高階主管獲取理想職位
Conducted over 1,500 interviews with mid-to-senior-level executives and successfully helped at least 30 of them secure their ideal positions.AI Coach Certified Program 國際認證領導教練培訓中
Currently enrolled in the AI Coach Certified Program for international leadership coaching.
