Aaron G. Neyer Council Campaign Launch Party
Come join us to celebrate and get organized as I run for Boulder City Council.
From 630-715 we will gather for a potluck to share food and enjoy connecting with community and getting to know each other. Please bring something to contribute for the potluck if you're able to, but no stress if you can't or don't. I trust there will be plenty of food that caters well to many dietary preferences :)
From 715-8 we will listen to some speeches, be inspired and get to hear what this campaign is all about. If you want to say a few words about Aaron or about what this campaign means to you, let us know and we can try to create space for you.
After 8, we will continue hanging out for a while, connecting, conversing, probably making some music, and enjoying being community together. You're more than welcome to stay and gather with us.
I'm running on a platform of regeneration and relationships. Our systems of government need to change so that they can actually work for all people and for our planet on the whole; and that change will only happen through connection and participation. I'm excited to share an evening with all of you, to discuss what's happening and why I'm participating, and to create a space for us to connect and talk about what really matters.
We will have buttons, yard signs, and pamphlets so that you can help get the word out and be a part of this campaign.
