​Week 3 – Proof of Work

• ​Create a mini case study or project tied to your field

• ​Build a career-ready portfolio (Notion or Google Slides)

• ​Work in squads to review and refine proof of work

• ​Kaie Lab: Live portfolio reviews w/ coaches + industry guests

• ​Showcase prep: Peer-to-peer feedback and coach walkthroughs

​Week 4 – Execution & Traction

• ​Set up a 7-day job search system

• ​Outreach strategies for building your network

• ​Apply to 3 roles with personalized Kaie-backed apps

• ​Mock interview sessions and recruiter AMA

• ​Final showcase: Share your profile and pitch live
