Using Open-Source Tools to Simplify Management of Farm Data

​Farm data is inherently complex, but data management doesn't have to be.

​We use multiple open-source tech stacks to develop data pipelines that make collecting, aggregating, and reviewing data from many sources easy. That way, you can get to the important part, analyzing and using the data, quicker.

​Greg Austic (Our Sci LLC) and Serena Xu (Pasa) will discuss how we collaboratively designed a standardized database architecture that makes farm data analysis-ready from day one. We will also demonstrate how these tools can be used by any organization aggregating farm data from many sources for research, education, or supply chain applications.
