

Mellow Vinyasa with Dani
🌀 A balanced blend of gentle Vinyasa flow and stretching to move, release, and restore.
In this 75-minute class, we’ll begin with a breath-led Vinyasa sequence to gently warm the body, improve circulation, and invite presence through slow flowing movement and stretching.
This class is ideal if you’re craving both movement and improved flexibility, through strength and softness. You’ll leave feeling clear, open, and more connected to yourself—physically, mentally, and energetically.
🪷 All levels welcome. Come as you are.
🧺 Bring your own mat and comfortable clothes. There are a few mats available to borrow, but please message on the group, to make sure one can be saved for you.
🌐 Classes are in English.
💛 Outdoor classes are free. Small donations for classes at Les Kurbas are optional (to cover room rental) but not obligatory.

Dani is 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, with over 10 years teaching experience at beginner and intermediate levels. Her teacher training is mainly vinyasa flow,, with additional training in yin and hatha
