ABOUT THIS EVENT:
Mentoring is often misunderstood! The assumption is that you have to be senior to mentor, that mentoring is the same as coaching and that it’s a huge commitment.
Lauren and Lottie both believe that mentoring has been fundamental in their success. This will be a relaxed, intimate evening to help you see that mentoring can be powerful. They’ll be sharing their experiences, there’ll be some drinks and time to meet a potential mentor or mentee.

💬 An informal chat from Lottie and Lauren where they'll talk about their insight into what mentoring really is and the impact it's had on both Lauren and Lottie as well as debunking mentoring myths (no you don't need to be a CMO to be a mentor...)

ABOUT THE HOSTS:
Lottie is Portfolio Marketing Director for Dr. Will’s & Elizabeth Scarlett. She led marketing at PROPER (doubling revenue in 3 years) and has run Brand Strategy for Pip & Nut, Innermost, Folc and countless other brands. Oh and she’s also our Founder!
Lauren is a sales and marketing expert with over 17 years of experience, starting in TV sponsorship at Sky and later transitioning to digital marketing. She has led social and influencer strategies at brands like Benefit Cosmetics and MADE.com. Now a freelance Social Media Consultant, Lauren is passionate about mentoring and uses her growing TikTok platform to advocate for pay transparency and better recruitment practices in marketing.

Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK. Almost 43,000 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year in the UK, including my little sister who got diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer in October 2023 at just 34 years old. Thanks to amazing treatment, care and support she is now cancer free.
Lauren would love to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK for the amazing work they do to suppose those affected by bowel cancer.
