Group Coaching for Expatriate Women
Who is this for?
The group coaching session is tailored to the specific challenges faced by expatriate women relocating to Germany.
Whether you are feeling a little (or a lot!) lost or lonely, if you struggle to adapt to your new environment, or if you're only curious about coaching, you are welcome to join!
What is it about?
The group coaching session is meant as an introduction to transformational coaching. We'll practice various exercises to guide self-reflection and introspection, as well as productive exchange between participants.
The goal of the workshop is to help you identify and start addressing any cultural, family, work, social, or personal challenges in your way of finding happiness and meaning abroad.
*The workshop will be run in English over Google Meet video conference.
What do you get out of it?
The group coaching session focuses on helping you achieve a sense of meaning, satisfaction, and success in specific areas of your life abroad. While we will not be able to run a holistic coaching journey together, you will be able to start using some useful tools that can make you feel more content and in control of the shape your life abroad takes.
The session is also an opportunity to connect with and get inspired by other expatriate women living in Germany.
