Optifino "Delta Miles Giveaway" Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the USA, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are active life insurance agents. Employees, officers, and directors of Optifino, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must RSVP to the Optifino event through the designated entry link. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting at 11/01/24 and ending at 11/14/24. Entries received after the closing period will not be considered.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive 100,000 Delta Miles. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is ~$1200. Delta Miles are subject to Delta Airlines' terms and conditions.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Optifino on or about November 14th. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified at the end of the event. The winner must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Optifino, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, as well as any advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the prize.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Optifino to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited.
Privacy: Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Optifino's privacy policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].
General Conditions: Optifino reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Optifino's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Optifino in its sole discretion.
