Join us for an exclusive insight into Givaudan’s labs and pilot plant (Extrusion Lab) to explore the development process from an aroma molecule to the final application. The event offers a holistic perspective on alternative proteins, and a small vegan tasting (contain traces of soy and gluten).
The tour is free of charge, you only have to pay for your SBB ticket/ travel there -> There is a suggested connection, but individual travel is possible. The tour starts at 15:00!
