How this works

I will wait 15 minutes, then we walk in.
If it rains, I cancel or reschedule.
If it’s cold, bring a jacket. Bring something to sit on.
We will:
Warm up with a simple check-in
Share one honest difficulty with dating or expression
Practice two small confidence exercises in pairs or triads
End with one next step to try in your daily life
You choose how much you share. No one pushes you.
