🌱Intention: release the part that felt unsafe to express it self fully, reconnect with your authentic voice and allow yourself to be seen and heard to open up your full expression.
This is a guided journey to help free yourself, express what has been silenced and reconnect with your authentic voice. Guided by Felicia Faas— @Erovira_3 and Jayanti Doekhi.
🌊The flow:
We begin by arriving together—holding hands, breathing, landing in presence and opening the heart.
🌬️You’ll be guided through a breathwork ceremony to meet the places in your body where self-expression has felt stuck or suppressed. From there, we open the voice—activating sound, resonance, and truth.
🎼You’ll be invited to express sound, be witnessed, and let your voice be heard. While guided through live music.
We close with rest, integration, and space to share what moved through you.
No matter your experience level, you are more than welcome!🙏😊

Water bottle (refreshment will also be on location)

This is a donation based event. What this means: At the end of the ceremony, you’ll be invited to tune in with yourself, feel into the value you received, and choose an amount that feels right for you based on your experience and circumstances. This allows us, to continue sharing our medicine with as many people as possible, while honoring everyone’s unique situation.
