About Jeslin Bay (Moderator)

Based in Singapore, Jeslin Bay is the Managing Partner of BlackStorm Consulting. As a business scaler, she has expertise in business partnerships, human resources, market entry, and business structuring in Southeast Asia. She also co-founded a fashion brand, Shine Apart, which specialises in loud outerwear stylish yet professional pieces. Jeslin is also the Director of Global Strategic Partners (Singapore), where talents are placed to jobs after intensive in-house training.

 ​About Paddy Tan (Speaker)

A business and technical strategist armed with more than 15 years of experience in helping businesses to propel to a greater height. Paddy is also a mentor and advisor in several international and regional accelerators namely SOSV, IAPS (Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy), and GCamp. He was also a mentor for BASH (Build Amazing Startups Here) a project by the Singapore government agency, where he offers advice to commercial accelerators, corporations, and institutions of higher learning.

About Leong Joon Teng (Speaker)

​Leong currently is a Business Development Director in a Software Solutions Company and carries the role of Strategic Partner Development in the World Consumer Protection Chamber of Commerce (WCPCC). He is also a business advisor in a company that markets beauty products. He is a dynamic and versatile business strategist with vast business development experience in the private and public sector.

About Peter Ho (Speaker)

​Peter Ho is the Managing Partner & Head of SEA Business Strategy for Quocent Sdn Bhd. He is also the World Consumers' Protection Chamber of Commerce's Vice President & Head of Strategy. Peter has over 25 years of experience with established C Level Engagement, Strategy, Program Development & Account Management in retail and Enterprise Business. Peter also has experience in Telco, Channel Management, Fintech, and Customer Experience.
