About Event

The Over-The-Rainbow Academy Club’s first-ever career and personal development workshop is held in partnership with Ana Chagelishvili, who helps individuals and teams build inner strength, clarity, and self-trust to navigate uncertainty and thrive in fast-changing environments. In this inaugural session, we’ll explore what it truly means to build real confidence and inner resilience by reconnecting with our values, voice, and inner compass.

What to expect:

  • A guided Council practice exploring themes of joy and creativity

  • A hands-on workshop to help you cultivate inner resilience, clarity, and self-trust so you can lead with confidence, especially in high-stakes moments

About Ana Chagelishvili (Facilitator)
Ana is a certified coach and former Product Leader with 10+ years of experience at companies like Meta, Wise, and Alibaba. With a strong background in leading high-performing teams and billion-dollar product portfolios, she now focuses on coaching individuals to thrive in fast-paced environments. Ana blends her expertise in product strategy with psychology-informed coaching to help people build resilience, self-awareness, and a grounded sense of self. She is passionate about mental well-being, leadership development, and helping others find purpose, clarity, and confidence in both life and work.

About Natalie Goh (Host)
Natalie leads growth and strategy for the training and education arm of youth mental health nonprofit Over-The-Rainbow, and what drives her most is turning complex ideas into stories that resonate. Her love for storytelling extends beyond the workplace into ground-up social initiatives like Working Moms Asia where she explores the nuances of parenting, workplace culture, relationships and mental wellbeing. Of all the roles she plays, her favourite is Chief Storyteller at home with her partner and two boys.

About the practice of Council:
Council is a circle-based practice where people share personal stories and listen without judgment, fostering connection through shared human experiences around love, loss, fear, and hope. By encouraging authentic expression and deep listening, it builds trust, dissolves social hierarchies, and strengthens emotional resilience, compassion, and community.

About the career and self development workshop:
In today’s world of constant change, pressure, and uncertainty, it’s easy to lose touch with who we really are. This workshop is designed to help participants build the inner resilience, clarity, and self-trust needed to show up at their best especially when it’s hard.

Through a blend of coaching, psychology, and personal reflection, we’ll explore:

  • How to reconnect with the values that matter most

  • Why we often fall short of living those values (especially under pressure)

  • And how to quiet the inner voices that feed self-doubt, fear, and perfectionism

By the end of the session, participants will walk away with practical tools to:

  • Recognize and shift the internal patterns that hold them back

  • Respond to challenges with more intention and clarity

  • Reground in their values and move from self-doubt to purposeful action

Because true confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers, it comes from knowing how to return to who you are, even when everything around you is uncertain.
