Samadki’s Sound Capsules is a transformative experience blending sound, embodiment, and energy work.
With live viola, crystal bowls, and sub-bass frequencies, we guide participants on a sound journey that activates the body’s energy centers, unlocking emotions and deepening self-connection. Through breathwork, body scanning, chakra activation, and somatic movement, participants explore, release, and align their energy, opening pathways for clarity, healing, and personal growth.
This immersive experience leaves you grounded, expansive, and in tune with both your inner self and the collective energy around you.

Meet Val, a multidisciplinary somatic embodiment and movement coach, trained performative dancer, and certified facilitator in body-mind-based modalities. With a deep connection to the wisdom of the body, Val guides individuals through transformational journeys using somatic dance, breathwork, ethereal music, energy practices, and meditation to help them release emotional blockages and unlock their full creative potential. Through her intuitive approach, Val creates sacred spaces where movement becomes a bridge to emotional freedom, self-expression, and deeper self-awareness. She weaves together the art of yoga nidra, chakra activation, and nervous system regulation, holding space for healing and embodied transformation. With certifications in somatic experiencing and sound healing, Val continues to expand her knowledge and practice, drawing from studies in yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and an in-depth understanding of nature and flow patterns. Always seeking new ways to support others on their path of liberation and self-empowerment, her vision is to cultivate conscious communities rooted in connection, trust, and the transformative power of movement.

Val Domingo (they/them) is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, yoga teacher, and educator based in Brooklyn. They are a founding member and conductor of Brooklyn Chamber Players, which presents salon-style concerts of classical and contemporary works for strings. Val also serves as a facilitator of music and yoga with Conjure Arts Collective, curating seasonal pop-up multidisciplinary performances and workshops.
As a Los Angeles-born protégé of soloist Richard Yongjae O'Neill, Val made their international debut at the Zodiac Chamber Music Academy and Festival (France) and Incontri in Terra di Siena (Italy). A graduate in Viola Performance at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music and the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, they have also appeared at Music@Menlo, the Montecito International Music Festival, and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute.
A lifelong collaborator, Val has performed and recorded with such artists as Sloppy Jane, Ember Knight, Jasper Shogo Dutz, The Breathing Effect, Tuvia Nicolas, and Natasha Agrama. Their solo work spans a full spectrum from spoken word and free improvisation to jazz, rock, electronica and reimagined popular favorites. This eclectic range is represented in their queer community open mic appearances, vinyl DJ sets, monthly chamber music reading sessions, and EP "If/Then" available on Bandcamp.

We aim to create an environment that offers peace, space, and clarity, helping people understand the connections between themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
