​Everyone knows building a company requires intense focus and prioritization - rather than simply investing more time and resources, understanding how to strategically delegate at every stage and situation, can be an incredible multiplier for operators and teams. 😊

​Our professional panel will consist of well-known early- and growth-stage founders who have found their unique delegation balance through years of trial & error, ready to candidly share what they gained & wish they knew sooner about delegation.

​We'll discuss the common mental blocks founders tend to have about delegating, how to overcome them, how to think about what NOT to delegate, and all of the when, how, and to whom.
