Mackenzie Loy is the founder of 2 social enterprise startups, Homemade in DC and The New Majority - both with a mission to close the racial and gender wealth gap through entrepreneurship and investing. She founded both businesses while pursuing her Master of Public Policy and MBA at Georgetown University. Caitlin Szikszai is a Senior Investment Team Associate at Republic. Previously she was an Analyst at University Growth Fund as she obtained her BA in International Business at San Diego State University. In her current role she helps founders raise equity, token, and debt and capital publicly and privately through Republic's investment platform and broker dealer. She has a personal interest in consumer technology, and sustainable businesses.

Rohit Gupta is the Managing Director of Future Communities Capital (FCC). Rohit has led investments into Coupang, Counsyl, Biomeme, SpaceX, Akido, Lyft, Roofr, and more. FCC looks for technology entrepreneurs focused on disrupting legacy industries such as government, healthcare, finance, and real estate. Portfolio companies are tackling problems ranging from smart city infrastructure to disease outbreak management. Rohit holds an MS in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. He completed his BS at the University of Southern California.
