​Meet our speakers:

​Allegra Simon is Chief of Staff at Cowboy Ventures, where she works on venture diligence, portfolio support, and everything else. Prior to joining Cowboy Ventures, Allegra was a Program Associate at Pivotal Ventures working to expand women's power and influence in the U.S., and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. 

​Elle Rigg was brought on as a second to the CEO and Founder of Inkwell, an HR startup with an initiative to disrupt traditional recruiting methods. Elle grew this role into a Chief of Staff position maintaining daily operations, creating and implementing systems and processes, and helping build the foundation of Inkwell 2.0 in post pandemic times. With an emphasis on community building for women in the workplace,  Inkwell’s values align with Elle’s goals in the entertainment world as she is, in her spare time,  producing a Sci-Fi short film surrounding themes of workplace oppression with an entirely female identifying production team.
