This month's speakers:

Alisha Griffey is a start-up veteran turned investor who launched Daintree Capital to provide debt capital to under-represented founders.  Daintree provides working capital loans to companies with at least $100K in revenue that have strong core unit economics, but perhaps not enough cash-flow to properly fund growth.  Alisha is looking for companies where a $10K - $50K loan might help fuel growth.  As an ex-operator herself, Alisha is passionate about getting investment capital into the hands of women and other under-represented founders who have growing businesses, but may not be a good fit for equity investment.

Dana Le is the Founding Accelerator Lead at KidsX, one of the world’s leading digital health ecosystem focused on accelerating pediatric innovation. She builds, designs, and manages the programming for the KidsX Accelerator, AWS Healthcare Accelerator, VaxUp Innovation Challenge, and other prominent entrepreneurial programs. She has a Master of Health Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Le was recently selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Healthcare.

Evan Hamilton joined the Upfront investing team in 2021. Evan is a recent MBA graduate from MIT’s Sloan School of Management where he focused on Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship. While in school, Evan was also the Fund Manager for Homeboy Capital, the impact investing arm of Homeboy Industries, and a VC Summer Associate at MiLA Capital, an LA-based firm focusing on early-stage hardware and supply chain startups.
