A Sauna, not Asana!

​An otherworldly sauna and ice bath studio for a unique 75-minute journey of introspection and renewal.

​Together, we will take the Rose/Thorn/Bud class — a guided meditation and reflection on this year’s 🌹 wins & 🥀 challenges, as well as 🌱 opportunities ahead.

​This is an invitation to immerse yourself in a multi-sensory experience that combines heat, cold, aromatherapy, breathwork, and music.

​Expect a sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop in, towel-waving, periods of darkness, sound healing instruments, sharing, and loud vocal release.

​Please bring appropriate swimwear for a co-ed space and a water bottle. Personal footwear (flip flops, sandals) and towels are not necessary.

​This event is free to attend, just like all our past events.

​However, we must get an accurate headcount, so we're asking for a refundable $25 deposit, which will be sent back the day after the event.
