An otherworldly sauna and ice bath studio for a unique 75-minute journey of introspection and renewal.
Together, we will take the Rose/Thorn/Bud class — a guided meditation and reflection on this year’s 🌹 wins & 🥀 challenges, as well as 🌱 opportunities ahead.
This is an invitation to immerse yourself in a multi-sensory experience that combines heat, cold, aromatherapy, breathwork, and music.
Expect a sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop in, towel-waving, periods of darkness, sound healing instruments, sharing, and loud vocal release.
Please bring appropriate swimwear for a co-ed space and a water bottle. Personal footwear (flip flops, sandals) and towels are not necessary.

This event is free to attend, just like all our past events.
However, we must get an accurate headcount, so we're asking for a refundable $25 deposit, which will be sent back the day after the event.
