PIER71 Smart Port Challenge 2025 Roadshow: Singapore & Asia
Join us for the launch of this year’s Smart Port Challenge (SPC), a flagship innovation initiative co-organised by the corporate Venture Capital arm of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL PLUS) and PIER71™, with the support of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
This Singapore SPC roadshow is in conjunction with the Asia SPC online roadshow, bringing maritime corporates, startups, and ecosystem partners together to explore collaboration opportunities and catalyse innovation in the maritime sector.
The event will open with MOL, MPA and MOL PLUS welcome remarks, followed by an overview of the Smart Port Challenge and the innovation opportunities curated for 2025. A highlight of the event will be a fireside chat titled “Seafarer Readiness for the Future of Maritime Singapore,” where maritime leaders and experts will discuss the evolving role of seafarers in a rapidly digitalising industry.
Participants will also hear from SPC alumni startups. They will share their innovation journeys and how the challenge helped them pilot, grow, and gain traction in the maritime sector.
A Q&A session will wrap up the event, offering potential participants and partners the chance to clarify queries about this year’s innovation opportunities and how to get involved.
