​Join fellow tech and health professionals for a refreshing forest walk through Pacific Spirit Park near UBC. This casual, connection-focused gathering invites you to unplug, breathe deeply, and engage in meaningful conversations while surrounded by old-growth trees and coastal trails.

​Whether you're here to network, reflect, or simply stretch your legs with like-minded peers, this walk offers a low-pressure, high-impact way to recharge and reconnect—with nature, with community, and with yourself.

​Bring your walking shoes, water bottle, and curiosity. We’ll meet at the Save On Foods on South Wesbrook Mall —rain or shine.

Health Together (formerly Maternal Infant Health Canada) is a global network of public health professionals, physicians, researchers, and integrative health practitioners dedicated to advancing the health and wellbeing of women, children, and communities. We collaborate with local healthcare workers, traditional medicine providers, and governments to address both upstream social determinants and downstream clinical needs impacting maternal and infant outcomes.
