​Who are we?

Radd Studio Inc helps solofounders by filling the gaps in their leadership teams, tech, product, operations, marketing, revenue CXOs working fractionally on monthly scopes allows you to keep people onboard without a 6-figure commitment it would normally take to have that person, much less, an entire team! Build a board of fractional leaders and leverage AI and automation to build out your product with experience at the table. We work with individuals from idea to prototype and MVP to GTM. As an Ecosystem Partner with the Global Startup Awards, and have a duty to nominate the top Founders, Startups, and Investors we see in the region of Canada, the United States of America, and Mexico.

Rick Graham has been building cool things with web and software since the 90s. A mentor with Founder Institute and Startup425, an ambassador with the Global Startup Awards, and a distinguished product developer, acting director of Radd Studio Inc., and fractional CTO + CPO for start-ups and scale-ups.
