​Meet & Greet for ServiceNow Research at NeurIPS 2024.

​Hello, Friends!

​I’m excited to invite you all for a meet & greet hang with fellow reseachers at my place on Monday, December 9, for an evening of food, games, and great company as we kick off NeurIPS 2024.

​This is going to be a great start to the conference, as we all get warmed up to Vancouver, and re-connect and enjoy a good company and set an intention for our journey through NeurIPS.

• ​Date: Monday, December 9, 2024

• ​Time: 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM

• ​Location: 1763 Comox st

• ​Attire: Casual

​🗓️ Agenda:

• ​5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Welcome & Arrivals

  • ​Feel free to arrive anytime after 5:30 PM, grab a welcome drink (non-alcoholic included), and enjoy some appetizers as we settle in.

• ​6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Mingling & Connection

  • ​Take time to reconnect with colleagues and meet new faces in a relaxed setting. Let’s get to know one another as we prepare for the NeurIPS week.

• ​7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner Buffet

  • ​There will be some great food options for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.

• ​8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Board Games & Chill

  • ​We will have a variety of board games – from strategy games to casual classics and modern games. Boardgames are the best way to connect.

• ​10:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Wrap-Up

  • ​This is when we will wrap up the event as we all have to sleep to prepare for the first day of the NeurIPs Conference.
