Join us in our spacious Big Style Room, as we launch Mental Health Awareness Month with an engaging resilience-building webinar masterclass from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. In this masterclass, psychologists Eva Rüger and Jochem Bukman will teach what makes us resilient as humans and how we can develop a constructive mindset. Resilience is the power of the body and mind to quickly recover after a challenging situation. Being resilient brings benefits as research shows that resilient people experience less stress, are healthier, and have a more positive outlook on life.
