About Event

Tired of being told that one night of face masks and journaling will fix your life? Join us for a one-hour session that explores how you can build a realistic, neuroinclusive self-care routine.

In this session, we’ll dive into some of the myths we’ve been told about self-care (hint: it’s way more than spa nights). We’ll explore the science behind burnout and why it’s so common among neurodivergent folks, and wrap up with practical tips and tricks for creating a self-care routine that works for you and your needs.

Meet Bella

Bella Neergaard (she/her) is a neurodiversity consultant, content creator, and yoga teacher. Diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in her early 20s, Bella finally understood that the relentless burnout she experienced throughout university was a consequence of striving to meet unrealistic, neurotypical standards. Embracing her neurodivergence, Bella began practicing intentional self-care, integrating yoga and immersing herself in her special interests—like her deeply personal Master’s thesis on Autistic women.
